INNOVATIVE EDUCATION SAFETY SOLUTIONS - MISSION STATEMENT
It is the mission of Innovative Education Safety Solutions (I.E.S.S.) as an advocate of institutional safety to endorse safety behaviors through consulting and guest lectures on the Cleary Act, Title IX and VAWA Reporting and Emergency Response Planning and evaluations. I.E.S.S. encourages a strategic and unified approach to institutional safety that supports a sturdy emergency management infra-structure. While endorsing a safe environment that includes Primary, Secondary and Higher Education Institutions, Businesses, and Houses of Worship. Sanctioning the existing proven theories in emergency management and also the influence of demonstrated safety behaviors noted within current research.
Encouraging safety behaviors that support pre-crisis preparedeness and mitigation behaviors that lessens the intensiveness of a crisis, a timely crisis response and an after crisis recovery plan. A plan that validates that the adoption of these behaviors are instrumental in the assurance of the protection of lives, property and the environment from natural and man-made hazards.
Accepting as truth that making an institution disaster resilient can be achieved by connecting the power of our joined humanity through the might of our shared safety beliefs. Beliefs that motivate the actions that accompany our expectation, engagement and embracement that result in a collective empowerment for the individuals and their institution.
